Home Service Website Examples, Built From Scratch

Two live projects that show exactly how we structure a home service site: the research, the page map, the schema and the call-first design. Both are built and managed in-house.

Plumbing · Seguin, Texas

Seguin Plumbing Co

A call-first plumbing website for Seguin, Texas, rebuilt from a template platform onto a fast static stack while keeping every existing URL, so pages already in Google did not lose their place.

What we built

  • 24 pages: home, services hub, 9 service pages, 5 neighborhood pages, locations hub, guides and trust pages
  • A keyword map with one primary, secondary and tertiary keyword per page, from "plumber Seguin TX" on the homepage to hydro jetting on the drain page
  • Neighborhood pages for Downtown Seguin, the Historic District, Walnut Springs, Lake McQueeney and Zorn
  • Call-first design with no dead-end contact form, a sticky call button and a clear footer disclosure
  • Deployed on Cloudflare, sitemap submitted to Search Console and priority pages sent for indexing on launch

Air conditioning · Dubai

Zaj Services

An AC repair and maintenance website for one community in Dubai, built to compete in a crowded market by going deeper than competitors on every service and answering the questions customers ask before they call.

What we built

  • 29 pages, including 16 individual AC service pages from AC repair to compressor and coil work
  • Service, FAQ and breadcrumb schema on every service page, validated before launch
  • A six-article guide section written answer-first, so Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT can quote it
  • Research-based content built from the top competitor pages, with a WhatsApp and free-quote call to action
  • Live on Cloudflare with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools connected

The common thread

What both projects have in common

Different trades, different countries, same system. Before any design work, both sites started with a page map where every service and area got its own page and its own keyword. Both use hand-coded static pages that load quickly on phones. Both carry structured data so search engines understand exactly what the business does and where. And both were connected to Search Console on launch day, so we could watch what Google was doing from the start.

This is the same approach we take with every plumbing, HVAC, roofing, pest control and water damage client. If you want to see what it would look like for your business, the free audit is the best place to start.
